Why it's different

We built the supplement company we wanted to buy from.

Earth Energy started with a phone call we shouldn't have needed to make.

We built the supplement company we wanted to buy from.

Getting out took three phone calls and a new card number.

Someone in my family got enrolled in a supplement auto-ship she didn't know she'd chosen.

Getting out took three calls and, in the end, a new card number. Leaving was the hard part.

That experience set three rules for everything we sell.

Our three rules

Written down, so we can't quietly change them.

1

The whole label, on the page

Every product page shows the full Supplement Facts panel as an image and as text: each listed ingredient with its amount, the other ingredients and the allergen statement. Where a label uses a named blend, we say so, and we don't estimate amounts the label doesn't print.

2

One-time purchase is the default

When a product page loads, one-time purchase is selected. Subscribe & Save is there if you want it (about 20% off your first order, 15% off renewals), but you have to choose it.

3

Reminders, then an easy exit

Subscribers get emails 7, 3 and 1 day before every renewal charge. Cancelling takes two clicks online. No calls, no retention scripts, no fees.

What we don't do

Some things are easier to promise as a list.

  • Pre-check subscriptions
  • Run fake countdown timers or low-stock warnings
  • Compare ourselves to named brands
  • Make health promises. The label tells you what's in it; you decide if it fits.

By the numbers

The promise, in numbers you can check.
