I switched to this brand after the brand I have used for years changed the product. So glad I did.
Since I eat next to no fruits and vegetables I like to believe that this will help me, it's hard to see if i feel any better than I already feel but I want to believe it. The only thing I really know is the jar is getting low so now I have to decide what to do. I stopped my Tru Nigen subscription to try this.

I've been taking these capsules for awhile now and am not sure if they are doing anything but, since I am not good about eating veggies, I wanted to give them a try. The ordering process is ok but I have a problem applying the discount I'm given for orders. Frustrating. I'll keep taking them in case they are helping.
