These electrolytes are by far the best I have tried!! As a personal trainer and avid active person, I understand the importance of electrolytes in your body’s ability to function properly! I get so tired of trying other ones that are so full of sugar. These have no added sugar which I really appreciated. They taste great. I enjoy the fact that I can mix it with less water to taste more salty. I usually mix it in my big Stanley cup and just drink all day. I also mostly do 2 scoops daily. I’ve noticed a difference with my energy levels and mental clarity when using. Like I said, electrolytes are so important for healthy body function. 5 stars, would recommend
