Orders ship within 1–4 business days (Monday–Friday). Most U.S. orders arrive about 2–8 business days after they ship. You will get a confirmation email with tracking once it is on the way.

After your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. It can take 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the carrier first receives the package.

Email support@earthenergysupplements.com. For a missing package, please allow a few business days for a carrier claim and reach out within 15 days of the delivery notification. For a damaged or partial order, contact us promptly — a photo of the packaging helps.

We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original, sealed condition. Please see our Refund & Return Policy for the current window and full details. Subscription orders are final sale.

Subscribe & Save delivers your product automatically on the schedule you choose, at a discount off the one-time price. You will receive an email before each renewal is charged.

Yes. From your subscription portal you can change your delivery frequency, skip an upcoming order, update your address or payment, or cancel — just make changes before your next renewal is processed. There is no minimum commitment.

No. One-time purchases are always available, and any subscription can be cancelled before your next renewal from your account or by contacting support.

Each label lists the serving size and how to take it — a scoop mixed in water for powders, or capsules for capsule formulas. Taking it consistently, every day, is what matters most.

It varies from person to person, but many people notice a difference within the first 7–14 days of consistent daily use.

All of our products are made in a GMP-certified, FDA-registered facility here in the USA.

Many of our ingredients are organically sourced, though our labels are not certified organic.

Contents are measured by weight, not volume. Natural settling during shipping can leave some headroom at the top — you are still getting the full labeled amount.
