The key differences from typical greens powders: we use capsules, not powder (no mixing, no taste issues), we select 12 ingredients for specific functions rather than 30+ underdosed ingredients for label appeal, and every amount is disclosed — no proprietary blends. Most greens powders hide their doses. We don't.

If you had to choose one: start with Fruits & Veggies for foundational nutrition, then add Raw Reds if circulation, endurance, or afternoon energy are specific goals.

There are no known interactions between our products. If you're taking prescription medications or have a specific health condition, check with your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement routine.

Yes — all Earth Energy products are formulated for adults and are particularly well-suited to older adults whose diets may not consistently cover daily nutritional needs. Many of our most enthusiastic customers are in their 50s, 60s, and 70s.

If you're taking medications — especially blood thinners, blood pressure medications, or immunosuppressants — consult your doctor before adding any new supplement. Beet root in particular can have an effect on blood pressure due to its nitrate content.

Most of our products are suitable for vegetarians and vegan-friendly with one exception:
- Fruits & Veggies — contains a gelatin capsule (animal-derived). The powder inside is plant-based. You can open the capsule and stir the powder into food or liquid if you prefer to avoid gelatin.
- Colostrum — animal-derived (bovine). Not suitable for vegans.
- Multi Collagen — animal-derived (grass-fed bovine, marine). Not suitable for vegans.
- Raw Reds, Electrolytes, Joint Support — plant-based formulas.
Are your products safe if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

We recommend consulting your OB-GYN or midwife before taking any new supplement during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. We assure you that the given container contains the proper amount of serving sizes and all contents within the containers are based on weight. Please note the "settle line" marked on jars, which can be found by rotating the jar until you see it on the label. Take 2 capsules daily with water, preferably with your first meal of the day. Food improves absorption of fat-soluble phytonutrients and reduces the small chance of stomach sensitivity on an empty stomach.
Can't swallow capsules? Open them and stir the powder into juice, a smoothie, water, or coffee. The powder is neutral — it won't change the flavor of most beverages noticeably.
The capsules are average size — not the large "horse pill" kind. Most people find them easy to take. Consistency matters more than timing — same time every day builds the habit.

Mix one scoop of Colostrum powder into 8–10 oz of cold or room-temperature water, juice, or a smoothie. It can also be stirred into iced coffee.
One customer described mixing it with half a cup of plain water: "It's yellow and doesn't settle, which is evident of its quality. It tastes mildly of an unsalted Ritz cracker — not a bad taste at all, just unique."
The Chocolate Colostrum version mixes into the same liquids but with a natural chocolate flavor — many customers mix it into their morning iced coffee or protein shake.

- Beet-related urine color — beet root can temporarily turn urine or stools pink or red. This is harmless and expected.
- Mild stomach sensitivity — taking Fruits & Veggies on a completely empty stomach occasionally causes mild nausea in sensitive individuals. Take with food to avoid this.
If you have known allergies to any listed ingredients, check the full ingredient panels before ordering. Colostrum and Multi Collagen contain dairy-derived ingredients. Fruits & Veggies capsules contain gelatin.

All Earth Energy products are manufactured in the United States in cGMP-certified, FDA-registered facilities. cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) is the FDA's standard for pharmaceutical and supplement manufacturing — covering ingredient testing, sanitation, production controls, and documentation.
We don't subcontract to unknown offshore manufacturers. We know exactly where each product is made, and the quality standards applied at every step.

Yes — every batch. Not internal testing by the manufacturer. Independent testing by an ISO/IEC 17025-certified third-party laboratory — the same accreditation standard used by government testing labs.
Each batch is tested for:
- Ingredient identity and potency (confirming what's on the label is actually in the bottle)
- Heavy metals (lead, mercury, cadmium, arsenic)
- Pesticide residue
- Microbial contamination
We publish batch Certificates of Analysis (CoAs). If you want the CoA for the specific batch number on your bottle, email us the lot number and we'll send it within 24 hours.

Many of our ingredients are organically sourced. Where an ingredient is organic, it will be labeled as "Organic" on the supplement facts panel (e.g., "Organic Camu Camu," "Organic Beet Root," "Organic Spinach").
In some cases, an ingredient may be organically grown but sourced from a supplier that hasn't obtained the formal organic certification to print on labels — in which case "Organic" won't appear on the label even if the farming practice is clean. We're upfront about this distinction rather than claiming certifications we can't fully document.
All products are Non-GMO, gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free (except Colostrum and Multi Collagen), and free from artificial colors, flavors, and synthetic fillers.

Never. A proprietary blend is a legal mechanism that lets brands list impressive ingredients without disclosing how much of each is actually in the product. It protects the brand's "formula" at the expense of your ability to verify whether you're getting a meaningful dose of anything.
Every Earth Energy product lists every ingredient with its exact amount on the label. You can check the dose we use against the research it's based on. We call this our Transparency Promise — and it's the standard we hold every formula to.

Our products are free from gluten, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, and shellfish. Allergen notes by product:

- Multi Collagen — contains dairy and fish (marine collagen). Not suitable for those with dairy or fish allergies.

Subscriptions are optional — they are not automatically selected at checkout. When you add a product to your cart, you'll see a subscription option with a frequency selector (monthly is most common). Choosing subscription locks in a 20% discount and free shipping on every order.
After your first order ships, your next order is scheduled according to the frequency you selected. You'll receive email notifications before each renewal. Everything is self-managed from your customer account — no phone calls required.

- Skip the next shipment

Important: Cancellations must be made before your renewal order auto-submits. You'll receive multiple email notifications before each renewal — use those as your reminder to make any changes. Once a renewal order has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–4 business days. Once shipped, USPS Ground delivery typically takes 5–7 days to arrive.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. It's normal for the USPS tracking link to show "order processed, ready for pickup" for 24–48 hours before updating — this just means your order is waiting to be scanned by USPS, not that something's wrong.
During holidays (Thanksgiving through Christmas), expect additional delays. We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks ahead during the holiday season.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number once your order ships. Click the tracking number in the email to follow your package on the USPS website.

If the order has already shipped, you can return it once received per our return policy (unopened, within 15 days of delivery).
For subscription renewal orders: these must be cancelled before the renewal auto-submits. Once submitted, they cannot be cancelled. You'll receive several email notifications before each renewal — use those to make any changes in advance.

Per our policy, we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout — the shipping address entered is the buyer's responsibility. If the order is delivered to the wrong address, please contact us and we'll assess options case by case.

First, check with neighbors and any secondary delivery spots (mailbox, side door, garage). USPS sometimes marks packages as delivered 1–2 days before they physically arrive.
If you still haven't received it after 2 days, contact us. For orders considered lost in transit, we wait until the 30-day mark from the original shipment date before issuing a resolution — this is a USPS requirement for filing a lost package claim. We'll offer a re-shipment if the package is confirmed lost. Refunds on lost packages are issued after the resolution process is complete.

For one-time purchases (non-subscription), returns must meet the following:
- Product must be unopened and undamaged with the tamper-proof seal intact
- Returned in original packaging
- Return initiated within 15 days of delivery (confirmed by tracking)
- Return must be approved through our support team first — do not send product back without approval
- A $20 restocking fee is applied. Original shipping is non-refundable.
- Return shipping postage is the customer's responsibility

Once your return is received and processed (or your guarantee refund is approved), we'll notify you by email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
