If you are unhappy for any reason, we welcome you to return the product within 60 days for a refund.
We will accept any product for a return, as long as it (or the applicable quantity of bulk orders) is unopened or partially used. Empty containers shall not be returned.
All, or any, return label and return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. We do not provide the return label for any returns.
We monitor return and refund activity and reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if we find the refund policy is abused.
Please note any returns sent back via 'refusal' upon delivery will incur a $15 fee deducted from refund amount. Any returns sent back requiring a signature upon delivery will result in no refund being issued.
Non-refundable purchases include all shipping costs of initial purchase, any final-sale products, or products purchased the 60-day mark.
For any orders/items deemed lost in transit, a refund will not be issued prior to the 30 day mark from original shipment date or if a re-shipment has been issued. A re-shipment shall be offered if seen as fit. In the case a re-shipment is issued to replace any lost orders, a refund will not be issued unless the replacement order has been returned as according to the typical return process.
We are unable to assist after 15 days from when a missing package is marked delivered.
