What is Shipping Protection?
Shipping protection is a service offered to safeguard parcels against loss or damage while in transit. When purchased, it provides assurance that the package will be covered, specifically for shipments within the United States, ensuring compensation or replacement in the event of an incident during delivery.
When does my protection start and end?
Your shipping protection begins the moment your package is dispatched and concludes either upon safe delivery to your designated location or upon resolution of any issues. The protection ceases under the following circumstances:
- The package is delivered to your specified address that you entered during your checkout process without any damage.
- If the package fails to reach you,(at the address you submitted at checkout) you can initiate a claim, and the protection ends based on the claim's approval or rejection.
- In the case of receiving a damaged package, the protection extends until you file a claim and it is either approved or denied. (2 days after the package is delivered)
The protection specifically covers damages that occur during the shipment and delivery process. You are eligible to file a claim for damages within 2 days following the delivery. Any damages that happen post-delivery are not covered under this protection.

We typically resolve most issues within 24-48 hrs and once approved, we will provide you with all the necessary details to address your concern.
What do I need to file a claim?
We will request information from you regarding whether the items were lost or damaged. Additionally, we might need further details and documentation, such as:
- Photographs of the damaged items, packaging, or packing materials
- A police report or video surveillance evidence
If you cannot supply these documents within 2 days, your claim might be denied.
When can I file a claim?
Damaged - As soon as it arrives
Lost - 5 days after your estimated delivery date
Can I cancel my shipping protection?
If your order is yet to be shipped, please get in touch with support to make any necessary changes. However, if the order has already been dispatched, we are unable to provide a refund.
You cannot cancel the shipping protection once it is in place. We reserve the right to terminate the shipping protection in instances of fraud, significant misrepresentation, or if you fail to make payment. Additionally, Earth Energy Supplements may revoke the shipping protection if a regulatory authority demands it.
In cases where shipping protection has been mistakenly applied to ineligible items and you haven't filed a claim, please contact support to terminate the protection and process a refund for the shipping protection charges. If Earth Energy Supplements included the shipping protection in your order, cancellation is not an option.
