I have low sodium and this is the best electrolyte I've ever used. Have tried several different brands the past few years. It took some searching and glad I found this company. Finally an electrolyte that is not loaded with artificial colors.
It's only been a couple of weeks taking it.
I do seem to have a little more energy and could perhaps give it a better rating when I've finished the bottle.
My husband and I both take two a day. We both feel like it helps us in our daily lives.

I have been taking the Fruits & Veggies supplement for a while now. I have noticed a difference in how I feel. (Considering the meds I take that's something.)
The pills actually help me feel better and I plan to continue taking these pills as long as they are available.

I have been taking Fruits &Veggies for 1 month now and I can't believe the difference in my life. I have more energy, focus, and stamina than I expected. I'm no longer tired in the afternoon or feel sluggish. My sleep has even improved.
The pills have a slight veggie taste but it doesn't linger. I ordered only one bottle to see if I noticed any difference, but now I will get the subscription! This product has made such a positive difference in my life and only wish I would have found this sooner!
I like the taste of the Chocolate Colostrum; however, there is no information regarding added sugars. I feel one is very sweet, so how many grams of Monk Fruit sugar are in this product? Additionally, what natural organic flavors are in this product? I don't believe I'm supposed to get bloated, but I am.
Works just as good as more expensive brand. Love the chocolate taste. My joints felt better after 4 days, my gut after 3 weeks.
Too early to see actual results yet, but rating mostly based on ease or order placement and timely order handling.
Love this product! This is the one I do not want to be without! Even though I am lactose intolerant, I have had no issues taking this colostrum! I like mixing half of scoop of the electrolytes with it. Gives it a little flavor! Keeps my system working!!! Will definitely continue to purchase this product! Highly recommend!
It has only been a couple weeks since I started taking daily supplements so I have yet to notice any real affect but I am hopeful.
my main concern it doesn't dissolve into cold coffee
So far it doesnt seem to help with chronic adult acne.

Hubby is a tractor trailer driver and does not eat a diet rich in fruits & vegetables. He likes these and his body is now getting better nutrition!
I notice my digestive system is even stronger, my hair and nails grow quickly; a little too quickly. My haircuts and nail clippings don't stand a chance, ha! I recommend use for at least 2-3 months. You'll notice a change! ;)
